A very quick one this week! But I’m showing you a finished quilt (a small one!) and a bit more FMQ practise.

I'm a 30-ish quilter, and occasional sewist and embroiderer. I mostly talk about crafty things I'm working on, or wish I were working on.

  1. That was a quick one compared to the others 😉

I know you’re practising FMQ the curves, but have you tried them with a walking foot? I did some orange peels on a quilt and my FMQ attempts were similar (I keep joking they look like banana peels) but the walking foot was much easier! and they actually look like how they’re supposed to lol.

    • It was a very quick one, wasn’t it? I think I was either really short on time or I just didn’t have anything to talk about… tough to say 😀

Anyway, I haven’t tried them with a walking foot, but I’ve since seen a few videos that use that method instead, so I’m definitely going to try it. It can’t be any worse than my FMQ version, so why not?
